Parcels are sent with tracking and the tracking number will be informed once available. Printful operates worldwide. A US order might be sent from Mexico or from within the US for example.

Return Policy: Exchanges/returns/cancellations:
Basically we can't accept any return goods except we shipped wrong items or error goods. Wrong items or error goods should be reported within a week after receiving the item and we'll discuss about it. We can't accept any claims after one week.
